General supply status (tables without nitriding treatment), comprehensive hardness HV280-320, The plasma nitriding tables has a comprehensive hardness of HV320-350, and the metallographic hardness of the hardened layer can reach up to HV760. Nitriding depth 0.25-0.35 mm, prevent welding splashing. |
