• Hardness:The comprehensive hardness HV280-320, Metallographic hardening layer hardness ＞HV450, Nitriding depth 0.25-0.35 mm, prevent welding splashing.

• Tolerance parameters

□ L^±0.1 x W^±0.1 x H^±0.1(mm) ○ Hole: ∅28D10(+0.149/+0.065) □ Flatness: 0.2mm/m²

• Worktop with D28 system bores in a 100 x 100 mm grid, The 4 sides of the table adopt a 3-row hole layout.

• All system bores with protective countersink, perfect design and ultimate functionality.

• Improved table reinforcement through additional cross-ribs.

• Coordinate marking of the bores in the X and Y-direction,2 side plates are labeled with SANWZB logo.
